to provide a Welsh Afternoon Tea at the French Village, Food Festival, Newtown
Details:
3-4pm Sunday 7th September 2025
To help celebrate 25 years of town twinning.
Quotations to cover afternoon tea, sandwiches, savouries, and cakes with a Welsh or local flavour
Set up by 3pm prompt and dismantling after 4pm
All crockery, cutlery, napkins and utensils
Attendance to supervise for 60 persons.
Marquee, seating, tables and electricity will be provided by the council
